- Each vintage is aged in new French Oak barrels and further aged to perfection in our underground climate-controlled cellars.

Jermak Meron is our flagship wine and the culmination of years of tireless work pruning our top vines to yield a small quantity but high quality grape. The results speak for themselves.
The Jermak experience begins with the color, a deep dark burgundy, wrapped in delicate purple.
Aroma: Ripe blackberries, earthy yet delicate with high-quality roasted oak.
Taste: A magical wine, full bodied, rich yet soft and caressing with a fascinating and impressive finish.
Jermak is the original name of Mt. Meron, one of the holiest and most visited sites in Israel.

Tasting Notes:
Port Meron is made in the Cahors-style, a wine region in France.
We begin with hand-selected grapes from our private Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards.
The wine then undergoes a special production process, where the wine must is heated on olive wood and the fermentation is stopped to preserve natural sugar.
Our dessert wine is a real treat, a rare taste, achieved without adding sugar.
