​Port Meron is made from selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes in a special production process where the wine is heated in olive barrels in order to bring the fermentation process to a halt and to preserve naturally occurring sugars. The series is an elaborate blend of two harvests, in 2011 and 2012, and has been aged for more than six years in French oak barrels.
